Cornflower hydrolate has a number of beneficial properties, such as a calming and regenerating effect, helps improve skin turgor and narrow pores. Cornflower blue water is also beneficial for other areas of the skin on the face and body, acting as a natural toner and moisturizer.

The use of hydrolate includes several methods:
