Directions for use:
Pour 1 filter bag (1.5–2.0 g) into 1 cup (200 ml) of hot water, steep in a water bath for 15 minutes, and then squeeze. Adults take ½ cup (100 ml) of the infusion twice daily with meals. Take for 1 month. Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
