Action of active ingredients
Knotweed herb has a pronounced diuretic effect, promotes the passage of stones in the kidneys and bladder, and reduces the risk of new stones forming.
Bearberry leaves have a disinfectant, anti-inflammatory and diuretic effect, helping to cleanse the urinary tract of bacterial flora and inflammatory products.
Birch leaves have antiseptic and antifungal properties and are used as a mild diuretic and diaphoretic.
Cherry stalks help remove sand from the ureters and have a diuretic and anti-inflammatory effect.
Strawberry leaves have a tonic, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect, and help dissolve and remove kidney and liver stones.
The leaves of the tea bush have an active diuretic effect.
Blackcurrant leaves have a diuretic, diaphoretic and anti-inflammatory effect.
Peppermint leaves have an antispasmodic effect, reducing the tone of the smooth muscles of the urinary tract.

Recommendations for use
Pour 1 cup of boiling water (200 ml) over 1 filter bag and let steep for 5–10 minutes. Adults take 1 cup twice daily. Duration of treatment: 20 days. If necessary, repeat the course after 10 days.

1 filter bag per day provides at least 5.0 mg of flavonoids in terms of rutin and at least 8.0 mg of arbutin, which is 17% and 100% of the adequate intake level, respectively.
